The Studio

B M Bijoux has quickly become one of London’s most talked about secrets and boasts an international client list including pop stars, actors, TV stars and society names.

The design studio was established in May 1997 to offer its customers something they could find nowhere else – unique designs for custom made fine jewellery, created using the very best craftsmanship and expertise, in a modern studio, with a focus on exceptional personal service.

Alan Baldwin

Alan Baldwin has recently celebrated over 50 years as a jeweller. He served his apprenticeship period with Cartier Ltd, where he stayed for 18 years. During this period he represented England in the Skill Olympics and won numerous international prizes and awards.

Karen Angus

After graduating in modern languages with business from Oxford, Karen worked alongside Alan at Cartier. Together they ran the workshop & coordinated production between London & Paris. Karen became FGA qualified whilst with Cartier, which involved intensive study of all gemstones - diamonds, coloured stones & semi-precious stones.

Andrew Wood

Andrew joined B&M Bijoux in 2008 and became the third director in 2009. He completed a 5 year apprenticeship as a fine diamond mounter. During this time he received various awards, including a medal representing the UK in the World Skill Olympics in Switzerland, competing against 14 other countries. He has proved a very worthy addition to the company with his keen eye for detail and his creative design ideas.
